PRIVACY POLICY

Green Country Web Hosting adheres to strict privacy policies and maintains PCI compliance with it's billing services. We also have a licensed SSL on our sensitive data pages. Look for "https" at the beginning of the address on these pages. We will not sell nor give your personal information to any third parties.

TERMINATION

Green Country Web Hosting or the customer may terminate the agreed upon services at any time without reason by requesting termination of account via phone, e-mail or mail and will not be required to pay any further amounts excluding late fees and previous and past due balances. Any amounts paid to Green Country Web Hosting up to the point of termination are non-refundable excluding prepaid amounts. The customer is responsible to pay the agreed amounts and/or recurring amounts documented in the “Plan Selection” section of the sales agreement and any past due amounts leading up to the date of termination by the customer or Green Country Web Hosting in full within 30 days of termination. Upon termination, the customer's website will be taken offline and I will loose all rights to and access to Green Country Sitebuilder. Green Country Web Hosting will not be responsible for lost content due to termination or late payments described below. Green Country Web Hosting will work with the customer to save data from their website.

Green Country Web Hosting sends monthly invoices or statements via e-mail and does not mail paper bills, invoices or statements unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for making the agreed monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payments unless a termination request is given. The customer will be held responsible for any late fees accrued regardless of any communication or lack thereof from Green Country Web Hosting including but not limited to mailed paper bills, e-mailed bills, or phone calls. Green Country Web Hosting may charge late fees after 7 days of non-payment from any due date(s) not to exceed $5.00 per late invoice. Services may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment.


Green Country Web Hosting does not issue refunds for prior services rendered. Green Country Web Hosting will however refund prepaid monthly amounts from billing plans “quarterly,” “semi-annually” or “annually” if the cycle has not ended for the agreed upon billing plan.
